Check in time is 16:00 pm and check out time is 10:00. We can be flexible if the villas are ready to move in earlier. During busier times we expect our customers to adhere to the accepted times.

We have a range of villas to suit all group sizes and budgets.

The pool and the garden are checked daily. We provide a mid-week cleaning if you stay a minimum of 2 weeks. The extra cleaning requests are at your own cost. We provide a basic supply of washing powder and dishwasher tablets. You can purchase more if you need.

We can provide detials of airport transfers and car hire if required.

When you confirm a booking a 30% is required and the remaining balance should be paid 4 weeks prior arrival. Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the booking within 4 weeks of the arrival period, we refund 50% of the amount. If we cancel your booking we are obliged to provide you an alternative villa or refund the money. You are free to change the dates once without any charge but after that there’ll be a fee.

You can contact us anytime during your holiday. All our villas are self-catering.

During the pandemic period all the villas are dissinfected.

We require a damage deposit on arrival and will return to you after checking the villa during your check out.
